TOHOKU HIRASHIMIZU YAKI

This pottery was made by “Seiryugama”, a pottery kiln in Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture. The pale blue piece has a pear-like texture called “Nashiseiji.” (Nashiseiji won the Grand Prix at the Brussels World Expo in 1958.)
