UNZEN KYUSHU UNZEN YAKI
This pottery was made in Unzen (kiln) in Unzen city, Nagasaki prefecture.
The glaze used is Yuteki Tenmoku, which is made only from volcanic ash from Mt. Unzen, and gives the piece a golden shine.
